LOSERS

New York City bicyclists — The NYPD has been allowing churchgoers “to park where they please” on Sunday mornings–including in bike lanes.
Any plan that assumed church-goers would not be parking at their church on a Sunday is an invalid plan. Any planner who assumed church-goers would recognize a usurpation of their traditional use of the road at the whim of recreational bikers is both incompetent and unprofessional.
