Tri-State Transportation Campaign’s 20th Anniversary Benefit is just two weeks away. Get your tickets now for the Thursday, November 7 event, taking place from 6 – 9:30 p.m. at Top of the Garden (251 West 30th Street, New York, NY 10001). Not only will you be able to hobnob with the who’s who of the transportation policy world, but you’ll also have an opportunity to win a custom-made, single-speed bike, generously donated and built by SPCarbon for our event. Don’t miss this chance to support Tri-State’s work and to ride home with a new transportation option!
In addition to celebrating Complete Streets advocacy in New Jersey, we’re also recognizing four TSTC board members who have been with the organization since its founding 20 years ago. Honorees include:
- Richard Kassel, Tri-State Board Chair and environmental policy expert and director of Gladstein, Neandross & Associates’ east coast operations
- Charles Komanoff, safe streets advocate and director of Komanoff Energy Associates
- James T.B. Tripp, an attorney with Environmental Defense Fund
- Jeffrey Zupan, Senior Fellow for Transportation for Regional Plan Association
- New Jersey Department of Transportation, whose complete streets policy was ranked as the best in the nation by the National Complete Streets Coalition
