TSTC Welcomes Neysa Pranger to Board of Directors, Jeff Zupan Named First Member of Emeritus Board

Tri-State Transportation Campaign recently welcomed management consultant Neysa Pranger to the organization’s Board of Directors. Pranger currently serves as Director of Strategy Consulting with Intersection (formerly Control Group), “an urban experience company that combines expertise in technology, user experience and interactive engagement at the convergence of digital and physical worlds to improve life in cities around the world.” Before joining Intersection, Pranger worked for IBM Global Business Services Public Sector Strategy Practice, was Director of Public Affairs with the Regional Plan Association, and managed advocacy campaigns, data collection and media outreach with the Straphangers Campaign.

Former TSTC board member Jeff Zupan was inducted as the organization’s first-ever member of the new Emeritus Board. Zupan’s range of experience in the tri-state region’s transportation issues is unmatched. Prior to his current role as Senior Fellow with the Regional Plan Association, Zupan served as RPA’s Chief Planner and Director of Planning with New Jersey Transit. Zupan also operated his own consulting practice, whose clients have included, among many others, Amtrak, the Environmental Defense Fund, the American Public Transportation Association and the MTA. A registered Professional Engineer, Zupan has authored three books and a variety of reports and analyses, and taught graduate level transportation courses at five different universities.
