The Long Island Complete Streets Summit is tomorrow, Thursday April 11. This is your last chance to register.
The summit begins at 8 a.m.and will be held at the Sustainability Institute of Molloy College at Republic Airport in East Farmingdale. Light refreshments will be provided.
Suffolk County Legislator Rob Calarco, Brookhaven Town Councilwoman Connie Kepert, State Senator Charles Fuschillo (invited) and additional special guests will be on hand to discuss how Long Island can move from talking about complete streets ideas to implementing them. Mike Lydon, principal of The Street Plans Collaborative, will deliver the keynote address.
