This Thursday at 2pm EDT, as part of T4America’s Transportation Vote 2012 webinar series, Tri-State’s Federal Advocate, Steven Higashide, will speak about Tri-State’s use of electoral surveys on transportation and land use issues as a way to hold candidates accountable for transportation decisions, and educate members of the public.

The webinar will also feature Sam Finkelstein of the Transportation Equity Network and Gene Krebs of the Greater Ohio Policy Center. The webinar series aims to help individuals and non-profit groups understand how to use elections to effectively advocate for a smart transportation policy that emphasizes maintenance of our existing road and bridge infrastructure, enhances transit service, and promotes biking and walking.
