		<description>Wow!  TSTC does not distinguish between adding continious capacity versus that for the interchanges?!  Did not someone write that many worads did not need to be widened continiously but only at intersections?

Working as a driver on that very route only further convinces me of how out of touch TSTC&#039;s masters really are!  They are so indeobted to this depopulationist agenda that they have nothing to say about improving the local connectivity of decking over portions of I-87.  How sad.</description>
