		<description>If you want more tickets, i would suggest looking at why there aren&#039;t being more written.  If they stopped throwing out summonses because cops forget to say the school bus is yellow, If the gave us better tools and more training for speeders, If we had more time for traffic enforcement, and If the bosses would stop breathing down our necks to write more and more and more, more would be written!</description>

Guess what? You&#039;d eliminate 80% of these &quot;violations&quot; by increasing the duration of the yellow light from 3.0 seconds -- the absolute bare minimum allowed under federal law -- to 4 or 5 seconds.

But then, that wouldn&#039;t fit into the anti-car agenda, would it?</description>
