		<description>As a planner, I can tell you that a number of us read this site on a regular basis, so this hits home. The problems you raise are valid and it&#039;s always unfortunate when government officials drop the ball and fail to react to the needs of their citizens in a timely manner. I&#039;ve certainly been on the other end as a citizen myself and understand how frustrating it can be when the folks whose salaries you pay for are unresponsive.</description>

		<description>On behalf of the MTA, I apologize for the misunderstanding. The list did go up on the NYMTC site earlier that week, but we were not informed that it had been posted. This process has been more drawn out than we had expected, which is frustrating for us as well. The NYMTC site now has two MTA lists posted: the one linked to above, and a longer list that can be found under the Calendar of Events.
