		<description>Trucks .. trucks.. and more trucks... The real culprit to congestion. If only we could make it harder to transport by truck.. maybe we could bring back the old ways... and use rails and distribution hubs.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s good to see that criticism of this ludicrous project is coming from more corners than just TSTC and environmental corners.  Keep up the good work.  And while you&#039;re at it, try and fix that Parkway Widening project while you&#039;re at it :)</description>
