		<description>I commute on the C and I concur with each grade on the report card. It&#039;s so true about the E. There are always at least 2 or 3 A/E trains for 1 C train. And the B train, which makes most of the same stops as the C north of 59th, stops running at 9pm. The two most serious problems with the C is its abysmal frequency and the complete absence of announcements.</description>
