Just to be clear, the busway is still on Connecticut’s list of “strategic transportation” projects, subject to the availability of federal funds.

There's nothing in the bill for the busway, though as far as I can tell the state is moving forward with right-of-way acquisition (and received $11 million in USDOT grants to do so back in June).
